One flat fee covers your monthly declarations, annual return, and ongoing SAT compliance. No hourly billing, no end-of-year surprises.

FAQ

Common questions

Airbnb collects and remits 16% IVA to SAT on your behalf, but they do not pay ISR (income tax) for you. You are responsible for declaring and paying ISR on your rental income each month and filing an annual return in April.

Yes. SAT requires rental income earners to have an active RFC and be registered under the rental income (arrendamiento) tax regime. Without it, you cannot legally offset the IVA Airbnb withholds.

Deductible expenses include property management fees, cleaning costs, repairs and maintenance, supplies, internet, and a proportional share of mortgage interest and property tax (predial). We identify every deductible item in your records.

SAT receives data from Airbnb and can identify unregistered hosts. We can help you regularize your situation, file overdue declarations, and in many cases reduce or eliminate penalties through voluntary disclosure.

ISR rates on rental income range from 1.5% to 35% depending on your income level and deductions. Use our Airbnb tax calculator on this page for a quick estimate, or contact us for a precise calculation.

Yes. We manage accounting for hosts with 1 to 20+ properties. Each property is tracked separately and consolidated into a single monthly declaration and annual return.
