Foreign owners receive English-language reports alongside the Spanish SAT-compliant records, reducing disputes and building trust.

Payroll compliance

We register maintenance and administrative staff with IMSS, process bi-weekly payroll, and issue CFDI payslips so you are never exposed to back contributions.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes. Management fees charged to property owners are subject to 16% IVA. You must issue a CFDI invoice for each fee collected, file monthly IVA declarations, and remit the net IVA to SAT. We handle all of this as part of your monthly accounting.

Mexican best practice and SAT guidelines require that owner funds held in trust — rental income not yet disbursed — remain in a dedicated bank account separate from your operating account. We reconcile both accounts monthly and flag any commingling immediately.

Expenses paid to vendors without a valid CFDI (digital tax receipt) are generally not deductible for ISR purposes. We validate every vendor invoice against SAT's verification portal and flag non-compliant vendors before you pay them.

Yes. Any worker in a subordinate relationship — including part-time and on-call maintenance staff — must be registered with IMSS under the company. We handle registration, monthly IMSS filings, and payroll so you stay fully compliant.

Monthly: IVA declarations and provisional ISR payments are due by the 17th of each following month. Annually: the full income tax return (declaración anual) is due in March for corporations or April for individuals. We handle all filings on your behalf.
